The Great Cormorant, Painted Spurfowl, Sarus Crane, Bronzed Winged Jacana, Sandpipers, Kingfishers, Nightjars, Painted Sandgrouse, Indian Eagle Owl, and many more winter migrants that arrive from their nesting area north of the Himalayas are just a few interesting permanent bird species.
