Detailed Itinerary: Red Panda and Tiger Safari Tour in India

Day 01 : Arrival in New Delhi

Our agent will meet you at the New Delhi Airport when you arrive. He will see to it that you get at the hotel without incident and assist you in checking in. You will receive and receive explanations of all the documents linked to your travel. Stay the night at the hotel.

Day 2: New Delhi – Bagdogra – Singalila National Park (Flight + 100 kms/2 hrs drive)

Transfer to the domestic terminal of the New Delhi airport after an early breakfast in order to catch a flight from Delhi to Bagdogra. When you arrive, a member of our staff will welcome you and drive you to the Singalila National Park Gate (Manebhanjan). This 100 mile trip will take you roughly four hours to complete on the road. After that, ride a Safari Land Rover across the National Park for an additional 2–2:30 hours to Habre’s Nest. Check into the Habre’s Nest as you arrive. Staying the night at the lodge for dinner.

Day 3 & 4: In Singalila National Park

After breakfast, wildlife activity will begin in the area of Habre’s Nest. Visit a nearby bird studio to go on a quick birding trip. Later, spend the entire day looking for the cute Red Panda while taking breaks as needed. Depending on the activity you’re participating in, food will be served at the homestay or out in the field.

The eastern forests are home to some of the rarest and most valuable plants and animals. West Bengal’s Singalila National Park is one such treasure of the east. The park, which opened in 1986, is one of the few locations on earth where you may see Red Pandas.
The park is surrounded by the brilliant sight of the Kanchenjunga Massif, which is visible in the distance. Every turn reveals a delightful surprise of wildness and natural beauty. You can see the unspoiled views of the mountains that stretch from Nepal to Bhutan from this location in the Eastern Himalayas.

Although you could grow weary of taking pictures with your DSLR, the park will never stop dazzling you with breathtaking views and natural treasures. Photographers of wildlife, admirers of nature, and adventure seekers will find it to be a paradise. Stay the night at Habre’s Nest.

Day 4 - 6: In Singalila National Park

Follow the same schedule of the previous day.

An Indo-Nepal cooperative business called Habre’s Nest promotes eco-friendly travel focused on red panda conservation. We must all work together to conserve the red panda and its environment in order to create a better world because they are both gravely endangered. Habre’s Nest is committed to this cause and donates 20% of its profits to the preservation of the Red Panda and its habitat. At Habre’s Nest, tourists experience village life by becoming a part of a villagers’ home, in contrast to resorts and hotels.

The birding paradise of Tinchule-Singalila. Here, there are around 300 different bird species. Numerous exotic bird species can be found there, including the Blood Pheasant, Satyr Tragopan, Kalij Pheasant, Brown and Fulvous Parrotbills, Rufous-vented Tit, and Old World babblers like the Fire-tailed Myzornis and the Golden-breasted Fulvetta. There are also rosefinches, bullfinches, Wran Babblers, Laughingthrushes, Nuthatch.
The highest mountain in West Bengal and one of the best locations to see sunrises and sunsets, Sandakhphu Top also provides the best view of Kangchenjunga, popularly known as “Sleeping Buddha” or “Sleeping Shiva.”

Day 7: Singalila National Park – Bagdogra – New Delhi (100 kms/2 hrs drive + flight)

Check out of Habre’s Nest after breakfast, then drive to Bagdogra. Take off for New Delhi. Our agent will meet you at the airport, take you to the hotel, and give you all the necessary travel paperwork for Kanha National Park.

Day 8: New Delhi – Jabalpur – Bandhavgarh National Park (Flight + 200 kms/3-4 hrs drive)

After an early breakfast, leave the hotel. You will be transferred by our driver to the New Delhi Airport’s Domestic Terminal. alight a plane bound for Jabalpur out of New Delhi.
When you arrive at Jabalpur Airport, a representative from our company will be there to greet you and help you make the short transfer in a chauffeur-driven car to Bandhavgarh National Park. Driving time for this 200 kilometre trip will be around four hours.Your journey really starts in the final 20 kilometres before reaching Bandhavgarh. When all you can see out of the car window is a wide stretch of forest on each side of the road, adrenaline levels will be at an all-time high. If you can, try to find some wildlife!

If this is your first wildlife safari in India, then be rest assured that it won’t be the last. Bandhavgarh tends to be a life-changing experience for people.

On arrival, check into the Resort. Dinner and overnight at the resort.

Day 9 - 10: In Bandhavgarh National Park

All meals and overnight at the Lodge.

Prepare for an early-morning safari to the park by starting your day with a revitalising cup of tea. The biggest draw of Bandhavgarh is its tiger population. While he is the main attraction of your journey, the park is also home to a variety of other wild animals, including leopards, blue bulls, Indian gaurs (bison), chausinghas (four-horned antelopes), spotted deer, sambar deer, wild boars, sloth bears, fox, jackals, and wild dogs, among others. The Park is home to 250 different bird species and at least 22 different mammal species. Cobras, Kraits, Vipers, Ratsnakes, Pythons, Monitor Lizards, and turtles are among the park’s reptile residents. Bandhavgarh is home to the two primate species, Hanuman Langurs and Rhesus Macaques.

Dinner and overnight at the resort.

Day 11: Bandhavgarh National Park – Jabalpur – New Delhi (200 kms/3-4 hrs drive + flight)

Check out of the accommodation following a full lunch and an early morning safari. To the Jabalpur Airport, drive. You should travel 200 kilometres in total, which should take you around 4 hours. from Jabalpur, take a flight to New Delhi. Upon arrival, take a transfer from the airport to your hotel or to the international terminal in order to catch a flight home.
